Iron
Machines we own. Operators we keep.
The Kubota in the photo is the kind of machine that opens a marked trench and stays in it. Bigger iron comes out for pads, clearing, and haul. We show up with our equipment and the people who run it.
Ask if the fleet fits
Excavators
Clearing, mass cut, trenches, ponds, and demolition. Ditching bucket for drainage. A thumb when something has to be picked up, not pushed.
Dozers
Strip, push, and rough grade. The machine that makes a pad honest before anyone talks about finish rock.
Haul trucks
Move cut to fill. Off-site haul only when keeping the dirt costs more than the road miles to the pit.
Finish grade
Lanes, yards, and the last inches. Stakes stay until the surface matches them.
Compaction
Padfoot in deep fill, smooth drum where the surface has to seal. Lifts, not one hopeful pass. Inspectors in town will test it.
Skid steers
Tight lots in Springfield, backfill around a new house, and the cleanup a full-size machine will only make worse.
